Kindly bring along a friend or family to look after any children that may be with you on the day.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not tolerate any abusive or rude behaviour within our organisation. Please treat our team with respect as we would do unto you.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We reserve the right to conduct a random bag check before your departure should we suspect possible theft.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purchase Expiry<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepaid single session or treatment packages of 6 or less sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. These include skin needling, medi-facials, medi-peels, anti-wrinkle package (50 units), dermal filler, skinbooster and any other procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treatment packages of 6 or more sessions, have an extended expiry period and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. These include laser hair removal packages, certain laser and lamprobe packages and 100 anti-wrinkle injection packages.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any complimentary treatments which are included in any of our packages\/promotions MUST be used within 6 months of the package purchase date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any unused treatments will be forfeited after the expiry date, unless otherwise discussed with Skintech Medical Cosmetic Laser Clinics prior.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refund Policy<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skintech Medical Cosmetic Laser Clinics have a strictly NO REFUND policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any deposits made for any skin\/laser treatments and\/or cosmetic procedures are non-refundable. For further info, please speak to our medical practitioners and technicians prior to making any purchases.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you pre-pay for treatments, you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to another individual, treatment areas or clinics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to these terms when purchasing pre-paid treatments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law. In these cases, the refund will only be processed in the same method payment was made (e.g. credit card).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation or No-Show Policy<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 working day (24 hours\u2019 notice) is required to cancel or to reschedule any appointment (48 hours\u2019 notice for appointments on a Monday or in the case of a public holiday, where the clinic is closed the day before).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you cancel within 1 working day of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, a $20 cancellation fee will apply.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The $20 cancellation fee will be charged to your nominated credit card (for online bookings) or payable on your next visit.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the case of pre-paid treatments, the treatment (per session) will be forfeited.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online Appointment Requests<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may make a booking request with a cosmetic nurse or skin therapist via our online booking portal but it is NOT confirmation of your appointment. It does, however, help you secure an available slot.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will receive an email and SMS confirmation within 1-2 working days if your booking request has been approved. If not, you will receive a call to reschedule. This helps us ensure you are booked into the appropriate staff member to address your specific skin concerns.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will be required to add a credit card on file. A $20 fee will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation (under 1 working day).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doctors&#8217; consultations cannot be booked via our online portal (only nurses and skin therapists). Series with 12 or more treatments are valid for a year or longer with consideration of the number of treatments in the series.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laser hair removal packages must be purchased as a pre-pay 6 or 12 pack.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All standard facial and peel packages must include a series of 5 treatments or more and are valid for 6 months from purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All anti-wrinkle injection packages must include either a series of 50 (valid for 6 months from purchase) or 100 (valid for 12 months from purchase).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All standard laser skin packages must include a series of 4 treatments or more and are valid for 6 months from purchase.
